目的 设计体积小、功耗低、便于携带的多床位无线心电监护仪。方法 采用以ARM920T 为控制器内核的S3C2410芯片作为系统控制核心,利用nRF401无线收发芯片实现心电数据的传输。系统采用Windows CE嵌入式操作系统作为软件平台开发监护软件,实现对通信的控制和对心电信号的分析和处理。 结果 该监护仪能同时监护12个病人,实时性良好。 结论 该监护仪体积小,功耗低,便于患者随身携带,在不影响患者日常活动的同时使患者得到较好的监护。采用多线程编程,可同时监护多个床位,提高了系统的整体响应速度和利用率。 关键词:ARM9;Windows CE操作系统;便携式多床位;心电监护 The design of Wireless Multi-patient Electrocardiogram Monitor Based on ARM9 Wang Ning-ning Zhao Qiu-sheng Wang Shen Li Guan (Department of Biomedical Engineering,Tianjin Medical University, 300070 ) Abstract: Objective To design a portable multi-patient wireless electrocardiogram(ECG) monitor with small volume and low power consumption. Methods S3C2410 which based on ARM920T was used as system controller,and wireless transmission chip nRF401 was used to transmit ECG data. The software was designed on WindowsCE embedded operating system,to control the process of transmission and the analysis and disposal of electrocardiosignal. Result The monitor can guard 12 patients at the same time and it's real time. Conclusion The monitor with small volume and low power consumption is convenient to take with patient and never influence their normal activities. Multithreading programming was used to monitor multipatients, which increased the whole response speed and advanced the efficient of the system.
