百分表的自动识别系统设计Design of Automati

通过摄像头TWAIN 接口将百分表图像提取出来后，使用区域分割的方法，将仪表表盘
各个部分特征提取出来：采用消影法获得指针，Ostu 的类间方差方法分割二值化指针，Hough 变换获得指针边缘直线进而得到表盘中心，并利用百分表的特征将数字与刻度分离并分别进 行标记与识别。通过实验可以看到，这种基于数字、刻度与指针进行综合识别的方法，具有良好的识别效果。

Abstract: After detection of the certigratemeter by camera through TWAIN interface, every partof the meter can be obtained by region segmentation: achieve points by shadow elimination, segment the binary pointers by the way of criterion of maximum between-cluster which is put forward by Ostu, acquire the edge line of the points and center by Hough transform , and then stamp and recognise them after separating the numbers and grates according to the image character of Dial Indicator. Finally, the experiment shows that the method of synthetical recognition to numbers, grates, and pointers is very feasible.
