图像的小波变换压缩编码是近年来图像压缩领域的热点之一。本文介绍了将小波图
像编码技术应用于相对图像复杂度较少的监控图像，并在PC 和DSPs 两个平台上分别进行了压缩编码实验，得到了比JPEG 标准更好的压缩效果。
