牵引变电所监控信息发布系统设计与实现

传统牵引变电所SCADA 系统由于设计厂家不同，接口格式、实现方式不同，不利于数据共享，系统扩展性差。本文设计一种利用Web Service 的优点实现跨平台的变电所信息发布系统，利用SCADA 系统的原有组件,将其封装成WebService，部署在Web 服务器上，并在私有UDDI 注册中心发布服务描述文档，上级系统可调用各Web 服务，实现监控信息的实时查看和历史信息的浏览，并可按需定制新的应用系统，以提供给相关部门进行快速决策和实时管理,为铁路牵引供电管理信息系统（EMIS）集成提供一种新的途径。

Service is introduced in this paper. Here, the structure and functions of substation distribution system and the way to implement them are presented. Web Service realizes communication between components with different technology and platform, affording technology support to solve information sharing through cross-platforms. The system integrates Internet services and completes distributed network
services, and support same-time and history information access. This method is a new solution of integration of power enterprise MIS.
