本文介绍了以89C52 单片机为控制核心的精密复绕机电控系统。该系统以直流电机的控制为重点，利用 8253 芯片完成速度测量，并采用压频转换技术，实现张力的A/D转换和测量。

Abstract：The electric control system for the exact rewinder with 89C52 single-chip computer is descripted in this paper. The system with the control of DC machine makes use of 8253 chip to realize speed measurement and adopt voltage- frequency conversion technique, to realize ADC and measurement.
