基于IPC的温度监控系统的实现

本文介绍了如何利用C 语言实现血液制品生产过程中的温度监测与控制,并对该系
统的工作原理、硬件结构及软件编程进行了阐述。本系统可在线监测42 路温控点、26 台生产设备、自动控制8 台导热泵的启停。本监控系统已成功应用于唐山华凯生物技术有限公司,实践表明该系统性能良好,并通过了唐山市计量测试研究所的鉴定。
Abstract: This paper introduces how to realize temperature monitoring and control in the course of the blood product with C. It explains the principle, hardware structure and software design of the system. The system can on-line monitor 42 temperature points and 26 production facilities and can automatically control starting and shutting of 8 transmit heat pumps. The system is successful already applied in Tangshan Hua Kai living creature technique Limited Company. The practice has expressed that the system is of excellent performance. It passed authentication of Tangshan Measuring and Testing Research Institute.
