定长控制新技术及其在并条机中的应用

高速并条机具有很高的出条速度，如何改善自调匀整性能，保证纺纱的质量是研究中
的一大难点。为此，提出了一种基于定长控制新技术的自调匀整控制系统：在硬件上采用微机配合先进的PCI 控制卡保证高速度；软件上利用定长控制中断保证控制精度。这种新型控制系统在高速并条机FA398 的研发过程中得到了成功应用，证明该新型控制系统是切实可行的。

Abstract: How to improve auto-leveling property and the yarn quality under high speed is a
difficulty for developing high-speed drawing frame. We put forward a new control system based on the certain-length control technique: for hardware, computer and advanced PCI control board are adopted to ensure high speed; for software, certain-length control technique is used to get high control precision. This control system is used well in developing high-speed drawing frame FA398, and it is proved that this new control system is practical.
