随着我国信息产业的飞速发展，金卡工程的全面实施，自来水收费管理也必将朝着电子化、信息化方向发展。本文以TM 卡式智能水表控制系统为研究对象，详细论述了TM 卡水表的设计和实现，系统地介绍了基于单片机的TM 卡水表控制系统的硬件结构和软件实现，采用软硬件结合的技术，提出了系统的抗干扰措施。

Abstract: As the rapid development of the information industry in our country, the water charge management will become electrification and informatization. This paper takes intelligent water-meter system based on TM card as the research object, and the design and realization of TM card-based water meter is discussed in detail. The thesis systematically introduces hardware structure and software realization on the control system of TM card-based
water meter, which adopts P87LPC764 one-chip computer as the core. According to the combination of software and hardware, the measures about anti-jamming are put forward.
