基于ERP的决策支持系统的研究

近年来许多企业已经实施了ERP 系统，并在企业中得以应用，并形成了准确的、及时
的、完整的管理决策基础数据，如何利用这些信息数据，参与决策，实现决策支持已成为当前及今后ERP 的发展趋势和终极目标。基于目前情况，现采用一种全新的思路，把数据挖掘技术应用到决策支持系统中，使定量分析和定性分析相结合，引入管理科学中的Spreadsheet方法，进行决策分析和风险评估，使生产力得到最为合理的组织，以获得最佳得经济效益。关键词：ERP 系统；数据挖掘; Spreadsheet；决策支持系统
Abstract: In recent years many enterprises already have implemented the ERP system,
and can apply in the enterprise, already formed accurately, prompt, the integrity
management decision-making foundation data. How use these information data,
participate in decision-making, realize decision-making support has become current
and the next ERP development tendency and ultimate objective. Based on the present
situation, the author uses one kind of brand-new mentality. It make data mining
technology applies to the decision support system , causes the quantitative analysis
and the qualitative analysis unifies ,introduce Spreadsheet method of management
science that carries on the decision analysis and the risk assessment, enable the
productive forces to obtain the most reasonable organization, and the best economic
efficiency.
