选用一株耐高渗透压的酵母菌作为敏感材料可以实现BOD 的快速测定。采用聚乙烯醇包埋方法对酵母菌进行包埋,可在15 min 内完成一个海水BOD 标准样品测量,测定结果具有很好的线性关系。并研究了对高分子有机物的响应、使用时间及保存方式。 关键词: BOD ;生物传感器;酵母;监测
Abstract : A strain of yeast , which can endure high osmotic pressure , was used as the sensitive material of the microbial BOD sen2 sor. PVA gel beads immobilization method was used. Typical response times of the BOD sensor were 5~15min , and the results show that correlation of the calibration curve is good. The used time and the keep method and the response to the high molecular or2 ganic pollutants were also studied in the experiment . Key words : BOD ;biosensor ; yeast ;monitoring
