网络设备监管是指对IP 网络中的关键设备进行实时监控和管理，使网络管理员对网络设备的使用情况有更为深入的了解。在研究分析网络管理协议的基础上论述了基于RMON 的网络设备监管系统组成结构和实现原理，同时详细介绍了该系统各主要功能模块的设计与实现。

Abstract: Network device monitor aims to monitor and manage the key devices of IP-Network in real time. By this network administrators can know the status of network devices in detail. The architecture and principles of a RMON-Based Network Device Monitor System is described on the basis of the study and analysis of network management protocols, and then it is presented a design and implementation of its main functions.
