介绍了基于GSM/GPRS 无线通信技术的AT 指令，在VB 6.0 下利用MSComm 控件，通
过AT 指令控制技术，实现了计算机短信接收和发送的串行通信程序。根据同样的原理，还可以实现无线网络的IP 服务等。

Abstract：AT instructions based on GSM/GPRS wireless communication technology are
introduced. Use the MSComm control in VB 6.0, by the control technology of AT
instructions, the serial communication programs for computer short message receiving
and sending are implemented. According to the same theory, IP service for wireless
network can be realized.
