Abstract：This paper introduces the design of multifunctional multi-rated three-phase watt-hour meter which is based on TI’ ultra-low power MSP430 single chip, and the hardware circuits and software design are also introduced. This design has the following advantages: high measurement precision, reliable performance, various communication interfaces, ultra-low power and low cost. It can be widely used.
