根据大功率开关电源模块工作过程的温升特点,采用晶体管P - N 结作测温元件,利用数字化多路远端温度传感器集成芯片MAX1668 进行温度测量和控制,实际应用情况表明效果良好。

Abstract : The temperature is measured and controlled by using P2N junction as temperature measuring compo2 nent and using digitized multichannel remote temperature sensor IC MAX1668 in accordance with the heating characteristic of high2power switch power supply model in operation. The practical application shows the result is satisfactory.
