推焦车电控系统PL 改造设计

针对推焦车电气设备老化、故障率高,以及该系统以顺序逻辑控制为主;因此,将其设备改造为当今较为先进的法国施耐德工控机、PLC 控制;传动装置采用变频器和软启动器,同时对生产情况进行实时监控;保证推焦车准确定位、推焦、安全可靠地运行。

Abstract :The paper discusses the situations that the push2coke machine is out of date in electrical insulation , the fault rate grows higher , and the control system is sequence logical control1 So we decide to reform it1 We adopt a more advanced PLC of the French Schneider Electric Company industrial control equipment in current1 The driver is adopted the frequency con2 verter and soft starter1 And the process of monitoring is in real time1 The push2coke machine ensures the accuracy of fixed position , and pushing coke is safe and reliable1
