一种低成本的基于CCD传感器的自动定位系统

介绍了运用在系统可编程逻辑器件和微控制器, 并充分发挥芯片各自的优点, 以低成本构成的检测图像水平直线边缘的视频信号处理系统。该系统与步进电机控制系统组成一闭环回路, 从而实现自动定位功能。生产实践表明, 本系统有较高的精度和可靠性。

To imp lem en t au to2locat ion funct ion, a stepper mo to r con t ro l system w as added to con st ruct a clo sed2loop system. The resu lt of p ract ice show ed that the system has h igh accu racy and reliab ility.
