本文介绍了一种分布式油罐液位激光测控系统防爆式高精度光栅型激光液位传感器的构成原理。系统通过87c51 单片微机系统的多机通讯技术的综合应用控制油罐电机的频率, 进而精确控制分布式油罐的液位在精度(0. 05 %) 之内。 关键词: 液位; 激光; CCD; 测控 Abstract: The design scheme about the advanced dist ributed laser measuring and cont ro l system to the level of the o il tank is int roduced. The level measuring theo ry based on the grat ing laser senso r w ith h igh accuracy and detonat ion2p revented is also p resented. The courses of data co llect ing and signal p ro2 cessing are given. A t the same t ime the sources of erro r are analyzed. The experimental results show that the signal is accuracy and no lo ss of codew hen it t ransm its 800meters th rough the op t ical fiber, the system erro r is below 0. 05 percent w hen the measuring level range is w ith in 20 meters.
