LAMOST高精度光纤定位单元关键技术研究

基于LAMO ST 并行可控式光纤定位系统, 介绍了双回转光纤定位单元实现高精度定位的关键技术。定位单元采用了基于计算机数据端口的开环控制系统, 设置机械零位辅以电子开关构成单元回转的基准零位以减小多次重定位的累积误差,采用弹簧消隙机构消除齿侧间隙提高系统定位的稳定性。单元采用面阵CCD 传感器检测单元定位精度, 通过检测光纤端部出射光斑的特征点以表征定位单元上光纤端部位置。实验表明本定位单元能够实现光纤的快速、高精度定位, 定位精度达到40Lm。

Abstract Based on parallel cont ro llable op t ical fiber po sit ioning fo r LAMOST, the key technique of h igh p reci2 sion po sit ioning unit based on double revo lving device unit is p resented. The data po rt of parallel po rt const itutes the intelligent cont ro ller of stepper mo to r. The system set smechanical zero based on elect ron sw itch as the ref2 erence zero of the revo lving unit to reduce the accumulate erro r of mult i2po sit ioning. The system uses sp ring
mechanism to elim inate the gear clearance, to imp rove it s stability. The unit usesmat rix CCD to characterize the po sit ion of the end of the op t ical fiber of the fiber unit by measuring the po sit ion of ligh t spo t from the end of the op t ical fiber. Experiment s show that the po sit ioning unit can po sit ion the fiber quick ly and p recisely. It s p reci2 sion is 40Lm.
