利用石英晶体微天平传感器开发了一种新的油品粘度监测方法,阐明了石英晶体微天平传 感器在油品粘度监测中应用的基本原理,研制了适合油液环境的传感器探头以及振荡电路. 实验结果表明,传感器的频移值与润滑油粘度的平方根值有良好的线性关系,利用石英晶体微天平传感器对油品粘度进行监测是很灵敏的,因此适合用于油品在线粘度的分析. 关键词: 石英晶体微天平;粘度测量;振荡电路 Abstract : A new approach using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor to monitor oil viscosity on n line is developed. The measuring principle of quartz crystal microbalance sensor used in the viscosity measurement of oil is given. To satisfy for oil environment , the sensor detector and oscillator circuit is developed. The test result s show that the f requency shift s of sensor are linearly dependent on the square root of viscosity. The method of viscosity monitoring based on microbalance sensor is very sensi2 ble and can be used in on2line oil viscosity analysis.
