在“预知维修”体制的构想下，构建了一种基于因特网的网络化设备状态监测系统，
该系统在建立远程专家状态监测体系的同时，可以为设备管理部门及时提供现场设备运行状况，也可以成为一套独立的系统。本文详细的介绍了系统的构成方式与关键技术，并通过在某大型企业的应用证明了它的实用性和准确性。

Abstract: In the conceive of predictive maintenance, the mechanical equipment condition
monitoring system based on the internet was built. The system integrates the remote expert
diagnosis, providing timely for the plant management section the in-situ equipments operation
condition information, also can become one independence system. In this paper, the scheme of the system and some important points was introduced in detail; its feasibility and efficiency of the proposed system have been demonstrated by its practical application in a certain plant.
