对颗粒饲料生产线中称重传感器存在的缺点进行了分析,提出了传感器串并联组合方式的改进方案,同时也提出了适用于传感器长距离传输的六线制补偿的方案,改善了称重系统的可靠性与准确度。

Abstract : Based on the analysis about default of weighing sensor in granular forage product2line ,a kind of series2 parallel connection technique is offered ,and six2wire system compensation method that is appropriate to transmit signal for long distance is also put forward. Accordingly the dependability and accuracy of weighing system is im2 proved.
