网络控制是客车技术发展的趋势。客车网络控制系统设计过程中需要对系统层与节点层的一些关键问题进行研究, 以助于提高网络控制的性能。文中对控制其局域网CAN 的相关概念, 如CAN 协议、帧格式、CAN 控制器操作模式等进行辨 析; 对与系统结构设计有关的帧格式选取、标识符分配、网络结构与实时性等进行了研究, 并提供了一般分析方法与原则; 对节点硬件设计中的通信器件与传输介质选取进行了分析, 并探讨了控制策略在软件设计中的实现。 关键词: 客车; CAN; 网络控制 Abstr act: Network control is the development trend of passenger car technology. For improving network control performance, it’s necessary to research some key problems in design process of passenger car network control system including system layer and node 、 layer. This paper analyzed correlative conception about CAN (Controller Area Network) such as CAN protocol, frame format and CAN controller operation modes. At system framework design aspect, the author researched frame format selection, identifier allocation, network framework and real - time performance. General analysis method and principle was to be given. At node design aspect, this paper analyzed how to select communication elements and transmission medium in hardware design and discussed control strategy realization in software design.
