燃料电池用无刷直流电机控制系统设计

根据燃料电池风量需求,针对风量供给系统的非线性,滞后性等特点,设计了一套以
DSP 为核心的风量供给用无刷直流电机控制系统,包括主控电路,功率变换电路,IGBT 驱动电路,硬件保护电路等;并将模糊控制和PID 控制相结合,设计了模糊PID 控制器,获得了较好的使用效果。

Abstract: According to the inconstant, nonlinear and time lag characteristic of airflow supplying system and the demand of fuel cell engine’ airflow, a Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) control system for airflow supplying based on DSP is designed. The design of hardware includes MCU circuit, electronic commutator, drive circuit of IGBT, hardware protection circuit. A fuzzy PID controller is designed by combining traditional PID control and fuzzy control, and a better effect is achieved.
