本文介绍了一个基于ADuC824单片机的数据采集与通讯系统的原理及系统的硬件构成、软件设计方法，该系统采用了集成电路技术的最新成果和图形式液晶显示设计，实现了菜单化的系统管理和显示，使整个系统具有了便携式、体积小、功耗低、存储容量大、A/D转换速率快、采集效率高、良好的人机界面和适合二次开发等特点，具有较广的使用价值。

\Abstract: This paper introduces the hardware construction and software designing method of the portable general data gathering and communication system based on AduC824 micro controller . As adopting the newest integrated circuit and the graphic LCD, the system realizes the menu management and display and It has features of portablity ,small size ,low power disspation ,large memory capacity, high A/D conversion rate ,high gathering efficiency, good interaction interface etc.
