网络计算机（Network Computer,NC）是一种基于网络计算环境的信息访问处理终端设备，是国家863 计划计算机软硬件技术主题之一。文章介绍了利用三星公司ARM920T 内核S3C2440 芯片为微控制器设计的微型网络计算机系统，并成功将WINCE 操作系统移植到该网络计算机。实际运行显示，该机型运行稳定可靠，具有较高的性价比。

[Abstract] Network Computer (NC) is a terminal device for information visiting and
processing based on network computing. It is one of the subjects on the software and hardware techniques of the national “863” project. In this paper, a Micro-Network Computer System, which is designed by using the microcontroller of S3C2440 slug of ARM9 core made by Samsung Electronics Co. . WINCE operating system has been successfully transplanted to this Network Computer. The actual running shows that the work of this system is stable and reliable and has a better cost performance.
