制造执行系统支撑控制平台的设计

针对工业控制的需求，文章设计了MES 支撑控制开发平台系统，此系统是由开发环
境IDE、现场服务器、监控客户端等构成。其中IDE 界面设计中重点介绍三维组态、对象
拾取以及内置脚本编辑器的设计，界面人性化。MES-SCDP 系统中的服务器和监控端使用COM+、GDI+、DirectX、OPC、ActiveX、XML 技术/标准来实现，使系统不仅可以单独实现组态软件功能，而且组件化的模块可以成为MES 系统的一部分。

Abstract: A Support, Control & Development Platform in Manufacturing Execution System was designed in this paper. The platform is composed of IDE, Live Server, Monitor Client, etc. 3D configuration; object picking and inner script editor were introduced in IDE design. The IDE has a good user interface. Technologies, including COM+, GDI+, DirectX, OPC, ActiveX, were used in implementation of Server and Monitor in MES-SCDP system; which makes the system not only can provide functions of configuration software independently, but also make component modules be part of MES.
