Abstract：Touch screen has been widely used now as a interactive interface in the embedded
system.. This thesis introduces the hardware and software implementation of the touch screen
module using UCB1400 controller based on PXA270 microprocessor development platform and its device driver for Linux embedded operating system is designed.
