材料储氢性能自动测试装置设计与试验

针对储氢材料性能测试的特点,运用工业组态软件和计算机测控技术,设计用于测试储氢材料性能的自动化测控装置,实现了测试过程的自动化和数据自动处理功能。利用该装置对机械球磨获得的镁基储氢材料(Mg-3Ni-2MnO2)进行 了储氢性能测试和疲劳寿命测试,通过对比实验过程和实验结果,表明该装置操作简单、功能齐全、检测精度高、扩展性 好、试验速度快和安全性能大大提高,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of properties measuring for hydrogen storage material, an apparatus for automatic measuring hydrogen storage properties was designed and assembled by applying industry configuration applications and computer control technology, which realizes testing and data analyzing automatically. The hydrogen storage properties and cyclic-life test of Mg-based (Mg-3Ni-2MnO2) composite prepared by mechanical milling were measured. Contrasting test process and test result, it indicated a soft operation, function integrality, high precision, and good extending characteristic. As sampling speed and safety of test were improved, it was worth in practice.
