So many variables
One of the most frequently asked questions about a given radio is “How far will this radio transmit？” Unfortunately， it is also one of the most difficult questions to answer， as so many variables apply. Besides obvious variables like transmit power and receive sensitivity， a host of other factors come into play. Without careful attention to understanding and controlling as many of these variables as possible， the results of an RF range test will leave more questions than answers.
