基于无轴承薄片电机的需要而开发和研究了两种低成本霍尔位移传感器,介绍了基本的工作原理,对模型进行了理论分析,设计了匹配电路与霍尔元件相结合,并在动态和静态下进行了实验。实验结果表明该位移传感器有较高的测量精度,与理论分析比较吻合。应用结果表明该位移传感器性能优良,能够满足无轴承薄片电机的要求。 Abstract: Two kinds of low cost Hall displacement sensor are exploited and researched for the bearingless slice motor. Basic operating principle is introduced and analyzed. Matching circuit is designed to combine with Hall element and experiments are performed under the dynamic and static situation. The experiment proved that the displacement sensor has upper sensing precision and it is comparatively inosculate with theory analysis.
