Abstract: This article introduces a Centrality's AT642 chip to control the low-cost, low-power portable GPS receiver design, and gives the receiver's hardware and software design. Details on the impact of GPS receiver sensitivity of the receiver hardware design of key technologies, a brief description of the transplant WINCE5.0 embedded operating system, as well as the key to the system application software design, and gives the GPS monitoring software to run the test results.
