基于单片机和FPGA的位移测量装置的设计

 基于电感式传感器测量磁芯位移的原理,以单片机和FPGA为控制中心,由DDS产生的正弦信号经差分放大,并经过差动变压器的差分耦合,对两路输出信号放大整流后,采集数据,对所得的数据进行处理,实现了磁芯位移的精确测量。本装置可测量的位移范围为-20~20 mm,绝对误差不大于0.5 mm,C点的波形无失真,A、B点输出的直流波形无波动,满足测量范围从-10 ~10 mm,绝对误差不大于2 mm,并且采用直流电机驱动磁棒移动,控制磁棒达到设定位移,位移绝对误差不大于0.5 mm。采用液晶显示和按键,实现了人机交互。此外还采取各种抗干扰措施,来提高系统工作的稳定性。
 
Abstract:
 Based on the principle of inductive sensors measure magnetic core displacement, using SCM and FPGA as control core, the sinusoidal signal generated by the DDS is amplified, differential coupling the signal through the differential transformer, the two rectified output signals are amplified, then data is collected and processed, achieving accurate measurement of magnetic core displacement. This device measures the displacement range which is from -20mm to 20mm, measurement error is not more than 0.5mm, the waveform of C point without distortion, the DC waveform of A and B point without fluctuation, and use DC motor to drive magnetic bar move, control the magnetic bar to set the displacement, displacement measurement error is not more than 0.5mm. It uses liquid crystal display and keypad to achieve the human-computer interaction. In addition, the system takes various anti-jamming measures to improve the operation of the system stability
