为解决电动阀门控制系统中存在的三相交流电机反转问题,提出了一种基于RC网络的相序保护装置,描述了电路硬件结构,工作原理和元器件选型方法。保护器通过RC网络电路对三相电压信号采样和移相,经过整流滤波输出开关信号控制继电器。结合典型应用案例,根据380 V三相交流电源输入和负载条件,计算出了电路元器件参数。实验结果表明,在380 V三相交流系统中,保护器能够对相序作出正确的判断。与传统相序保护装置相比,电路结构简单,方便移植。参数稍加改变,也可以应用到其他三相系统。

- To resolve three-phase AC motor reversal in the electric valve control system,this paper proposes a phase-sequence protective device based on RC networks and describes the hardware construction and working principle as well as the component selection method. Three-phase voltage signal acquisition and phase-shifting were done by RC network circuit,a switch signal was generated to control the relay by the rectifier. According to 380V three-phase AC power input and load conditions in a specific application case,component parameters of the circuit were calculated. The experimental results show that phase-sequence protective device can make right judgments about the phase-sequences in the 380V three-phase AC system. Compared with conventional phase-sequence protective device,this protection has advantages of simple structure and convenient transplantation.Parameters are changed slightly,it can be applied to other three-phase system.
