变电站视频监控系统是集计算机技术、通信技术、图像处理技术、控制技术于一体的现代化集成系统，通过在变电站安装视频监控系统，有效地实现了远方监控下的防火、防盗、设备辅助检查、巡检和监视的功能，该系统的应用为变电站的无人值班和安全运行提供了重要的技术手段。该文以110 kV变电所为例，对图像监控系统的建设目的、设备布点、安装注意事项以及存在的缺陷等方面进行了探讨。
- Abstract:
- Substation video monitoring system is an integrated system which adopts technology of computer、communication、 image processing and control. The functions of fire prevention、 theft deterrent、 equipment inspection in remote control center is performed through fixing the video monitoring system in substation. The application of this system provides a significant technical support for the substation safe and unwatched operation. Taking a typical 110kV substation for example， this paper discusses the design purpose， equipment distribution， installation considerations and existing defects of the video monitoring system.
