电子警察抓拍延时测量方法设计

由于图像型电子警察从前端感应设备检测到违章机动车，再到启动抓拍设备整个过程是有延时的，针对该抓拍延时的测量问题，设计一种以AT89S51单片机作为控制器的测量装置，应用数码管实现毫秒级计时显示。测量时，检测装置发出触发信号，单片机控制数码管计时，同时计算机读取触发信号并启动电子警察抓拍数码管图像，然后从抓拍的图像中读取准确的延时时间。

- In the image electronic police system, there is a delay between the front sensors have detected the vehicles pec-cancy and starting to take a snapshot.Aiming at this snapshot delay,the measurement equipment which used AT89S51 mi-crocontroller as MCU is designed ,seven segments LED can display time on the order of millisecond.If the sensor sends a trigger signal, the MCU will controll LED work.At the same time, the PC receives the signal and controls the camera to take a snapshot of the LED. The delay time could finally be read out form the images.
