 介绍现有的手动操作压力机的使用情况，在此基础上提出智能压力机方案和原理组成，并着重论述弱电控制系统的开发硬件电路设计，介绍基于USB接口的采集控制系统组成原理，详细论述了各个单元电路的设计，包括USB通讯电路、模拟信号调理电路、模拟量输出放大电路和数字量输出驱动电路，并简单介绍软件设计流程。
Abstract:
 This paper describes the using situation of the existing manual operation press.On this basis，it puts forward intel-ligent press programs and the principle components，and emphasises on the development hardware circuit design of the weak control systems.The paper introduces the composed principle of the acquisition and control system based on USB interface，then discusses in detail the design of each unit circuit,including USB communication circuits,analog signal conditioning cir-cuit,analog output amplifier circuit and digital output driver circuit.In the end，it simplely introduces the software design flow.
