- Overlay topology structure is a key problem in P2P application.With the rapid development of computer networks,the networks structure is more and more complicated.As a result,the traditional random network model is difficult to charac-terize the overlay topology.As a newly burgeoning subject,complex network theory provides a new view and thinking to the study of P2P overlay topology strure.The complex network theory and traditional topology struture are introduced,the re-searche status on computer network topology based on complex network theory is summarized.Finally,a brief conclusion is presented,as well as future research on topology structure based on complex network theory.
