Abstract The control system for large capacity spinning production by using Siemens S7 series PLC equipment and Profibus field bus technology is introduced.In this 9 ton spinning project，the control system achieved functions of control interlock，monitoring，alarm and production management，data tatistics，etc.Thus the integration of instrument，electric and control for spinning production is implemented.

仪征化纤股份有限公司年产9 万吨大容量纺丝项目采用了德国西门子公司先进的S7 - 400、S7 - 300PLC以及Profibus 现场总线技术，以S7 - 400 作为主站，多种Profibus 现场总线产品作为从站，主要有ET200M 远程I / O、ET200S 远程I / O 单回路智能控制器DR19、变频器6ES70 及MM440 系列、马达智能控制器、现场操作屏等，完成了大容量纺丝生产中的控制、联锁、监视、报警任务以及生产管理、数据统计工作。
