摘要:针对茂名石化加氢裂化装置原来的ESD 系统存在的问题,应用TRICON 系统对其进行了改造,本文重点介绍TRICON 系统的硬件组态、逻辑编程、人机界面组态和系统调试等各方面的技术实现。实际应用表明,TRICON 系统全面克服了旧系统中存在的各种缺点,确保了装置的安全运行。 关键词加氢裂化装置紧急停车系统ESD TRICON 系统三重化容错技术 Abstract To against the problems in existing ESD system of hydrogen cracking plant in Mao Ming Petrochemicals,the retrofit with TRICON system is implemented. The hardware configuration of TRICON system,logic programming,the man-machine interface,and the system commissioning are introduced emphatically. The practical application shows that the TRICON system overcome various disadvantages in the old system and ensured safety production of the plant.
