Elcard's high frequency dipole antennas are designed for
the new broadband systems, including U-NII networking.
These advanced designs accommodate the high-speed
wideband performance required.
The ELPSTN3/ELPSWN3 Series device antennas provide
a great solution for laptops, NICS and for small device
access point products. These antennas are matched halfwave
designs, providing up to 2.2dBi gain. Radiation
pattern is omni with a broad vertical "donut". The antennas
require no ground plane for operation. The ELPSTN5
Series uses an array of stacked elements, providing 5dBi
gain.
All models use a PVC jacket, which is flexible yet quite
durable. Stylized injection mould radomes can be
accommodated for OEM applications. The connector is a
male SMA. Models are available in either straight SMA or
right angle. The right angle model has a fixed elbow, but the
antenna can be rotated after loosening the external lock nut
on the connector.
