Lycopene is a natural pigment with high market value because of it′s function of resist cancer. For the low productivity and degree of purity of lycopene in China, the article analyze the stabilization, production, purification, separation of isomer and anaysis of lycopene. So it can be expected to provide the theory and practice for the development of lycopene industry.
