The following code demonstrates how the Xicor X5043
SPI serial EEPROM and watchdog timer could be interfaced
to the Hitachi H8/3000 microcontroller family
when connected as shown in Figure 1. The interface uses
four of the port pins available on H8 family devices to
implement the interface.
