基于实时控制的多路温度监测系统，是针对企业生产实际需求而设计的自动化工业控制系统。本文就多路温度监测系统的分析、设计和实现的过程进行了探讨，描述了系统以计算机和巡检仪协同工作的方式，实现了对各反应容器温度的实时监测、超限报警、数据记录、历史查询、曲线绘等功能，满足了实际生产对温度采集的要求，降低了成本，提高了产品的生产效率。

Abstract: The Multi-Channel Temperature Monitoring System on real time control is an automation industry monitoring system which is specially designed for the actual need of production. This paper focuses on the system’s analysis, design and realization. This System is based on computer and multi-channel itinerate monitor instrument to realize its various functions such as monitoring chemistry reaction containers’ temperature in real-time, warning when exceeding the limit, recording data, inquiring data, drawing the curve and so on. It can meet the demand of temperature collecting , promote production efficiency and reduce the cost.
