This application note describes a unique implementation
for the Xicor X9241Digitally Controlled Potentiotiometers
(XDCPs) in a process control or process monitoring
environment. This implementation is made possible by
some of the features of X9241, many of which have not
been available on XDCP devices prior to the introduction
