交通管理信息系统(TMIS)的设计对提高交通管理、制定政策的科学性和高效性具有重大意义。“3S”与VR 技术不断发展,利用GIS 强大的数据管理和空间分析功能,建
立结构合理、准确可靠的交通管理信息系统,是实现交通管理和辅助决策的有效解决方案。通过TMIS 建立对公路交通网的详尽描述,可最终形成科学的预测和评价。本文详细介绍了GIS 与视景仿真技术、系统的建模方法和开发流程,设计了系统的模块和功能,最后指出系统的应用前景和改进方向。

The Design of Traffic Management Information System Based on VR JU Xin-gang1, Ma Hai-jun2 , Wu Bing2 (1, Circuits and Systems Key Principal of Henan education institute, Zhengzhou, 450052,China;2, Air Defense Forces Command Academy, Zhengzhou,450014,China) [Abstract ] The design of traffic management information system(TMIS)plays an important role in traffic management, scientificalness and efficiency of policy-making. Accompany with the development of 3S, VR technologies, the capability of data management and space analysis is getting more powerful than ever. Also we can find that it is a efficiency solution to provide traffic management and decision support by construct a traffic management information system with reasonable structure and accurate data. Through TMIS, we can get an elaborate description of current highway grid and get a scientific conclusion and evaluate. Combine with GIS and scene simulation technologies, this paper gives the general flow, method of modeling TMIS and designs the module and function of it. In the end, it points out the foreground and methods of improve the system performance.
