Abstract: This paper gives an introduction to the hardware and software configuration with
Siemens S7-300 PLC and industrial PC of hot-dip galvanizing simulator control system.
Application of Win CC to monitor and control the simulator is described in detail. This control
system is steady and credible proved by experience and good for controlling product quality and optimizing schedule management.
