Profibus在丁二烯生产监控系统中的应用

根据丁二烯生产工艺的要求，提出一种基于Profibus 现场总线技术的自动监控系统，
并详细介绍了Profibus-DP/PA 网络的硬件配置、系统功能和软件设计，解决了传统DCS 控制系统中存在的问题，减少了系统布线，降低了系统的费用，提高了监控系统运行的可靠性和自动化水平。

Abstract: A monitoring system of butadiene manufactured based on Profibus is put forward,and the hardware anfiguration,system function and software design according to the demands of manufactured technology of butadiene are introduced in detail.Application of Profibus in butadiene manufactured can solve the problems that exist in conventional DCS controlling system,reduce system wiring,take from system expenditure,and improve the security and automatization level of monitoring system.
