现有的移动通信网络如果要支持定位业务，就必须对网络进行改造，本文从网络实体和信令流程两方面介绍了网络升级的内容，并给出了定位接口协议的实现方案。文章对深入了解定位技术具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The current mobile network would be updated if support location service.This paper introduces the updated content from two aspects: new added network entities and signal flows, and then gives the implementation of location interface protocol. This paper presents a refefence to deeply understand the location service technology.
