语音识别技术在新一代呼叫中心的IVR 系统中得到了广泛应用。本文讨论了一个基 于语音识别的IVR 系统的设计与实现,首先介绍了系统的结构和主要模块,之后介绍了本系统的难点和解决办法。最后从识别率、鲁棒性方面对该系统进行了测试和分析,实验结果表明,该语音识别系统是稳定的实用的。 关键词:语音识别;鲁棒性;IVR 系统; Abstract: Speech Recognition technology is widely used in IVR system of call center. The design and implementation of an IVR system based on speech recognition are discussed in this paper. The framework and main modules of the system are introduced firstly, and then the difficulties of the system and its solution are introduced.
