考虑到了图像数据量大会给网络传输带来巨大压力的问题，本文提出基于压缩编码技
术的数字图像加密算法, 将加密解密过程嵌入到图像的压缩编码与解压缩解码过程中，大大提高了加密解密速度，同时又可以利用较少的存储空间来存储这些图像文件，利用现有的网络带宽来传输它们。

Abstract: The paper-based compression technology to the digital image encryption algorithm,
encryption and decryption process will be embedded into the image compression and
decompression decoding process, greatly improving the Encryption and decryption speed, but also can use less storage space to store these images, using the existing network bandwidth to transmit them.
